If you have photos on your mobile phone you can very easily text the image to us with details of the caption and screen tip etc.

1. On your phone, choose the picture you want to send us.

2. choose 'Send via MMS'

3. In the text area of the message, include the screen tip and caption and category as you would like it to appear in the gallery.

4. send it to webmaster@jnmbc.co.uk
